Attorney Karl Kordalis

Born, raised and educated in Dayton, Ohio, Kiriakos (Karl) Kordalis is the son of blue-collar immigrant parents. Mr. Kordalis is a first generation Greek-American. From an early age, Mr. Kordalis learned that hard work and perseverance is the key to success. These are traits that were instilled in him by his parents.

Mr. Kordalis attended Centerville High School where he graduated in 2005. He went on to attend The Ohio State University where he studied Political Science and Business. While attending OSU, Mr. Kordalis interned for a workers’ compensation attorney, which sparked his interest in this area of the law. After graduating from OSU, Mr. Kordalis proceeded to attend the University of Dayton School of Law where he was able to complete his legal studies in just two years. During law school Mr. Kordalis became fond of criminal law, criminal Procedure, trial skills and trial advocacy. He also gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Kordalis graduated from UD in May of 2012 and proceeded to pass the Ohio Bar Examination in July of 2012.

 

Mr. Kordalis is a member of the Ohio Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Kordalis is an active participant in the Dayton community. Mr. Kordalis volunteers through his parish, Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, to give back to the Dayton community.
